Simbona Africa is a MedTech company locally designing and manufacturing medical devices in Ethiopia. Simbona has 5 products and work on any customer-based items. These products are UVC light-based sterilization (non-medical) device, A phototherapy device , An infant radiant warmer, Oxygen Concentrator and Neonate and adult vein finder.
UVC light-based sterilization (non-medical) device is designed to decontaminate surfaces and objects to reduce hospital acquired infections (HAI’s) that exposes 19.5 % of hospital customers to infection. A phototherapy device is designed to treat infant jaundice through UV light with which more than 200 neonates treated during the retrospectives clinical test. An infant radiant warmer is designed to treat hypothermia in newborn children which is now under clinical test at Jimma University Medical Center.
An oxygen concentrator is a medical device that gives you extra oxygen. Your doctor may prescribe one for you if you have a health condition that causes your oxygen level to drop too low. It can help some people who have trouble to breathing.
